I would like to know the restrictions for non EU citizen to register the company in a EU country?

Hi Guys, we would similar to to know how to set up a commercial operation in a EU country. A emporium to sell south american trade as well as services transport solutions, couple in between south america as well as Europe. we am not certain what is a worth to begin a association as well as if i am not from a EU that assent i need to get as well as if this is possible. With all a brand new rulers in a EU i dont know if probable to get a permit.

The countries where i am meditative to set up a commercial operation have been few, rely a laws as well as regulations of each country, could be England, Malta,Italy or Spain. we sent emails with a same subject to a English, Maltese institutions as well as to a CBI though i still didnt get as well as answer, greatfully guys if we have some-more report i will be really gratefull to get it.

    You need to specify which EU country you are thinking of setting up in as laws vary from country to country (the EU is not a single country!).
    Edit: There are no restrictions in setting up a business in the UK if you are from overseas, but if you want to live here, then there are restrictions. You can either trade through a Limited Company or as a sole trader or partnership. The process for setting up a company is a legal one and you will require help, also you will require a UK accountant to make sure your accounts are compliant and the correct taxes are payable – this is a v big question as you also have to consider employment law, health and safety and local regulations. I think you will need a loacl agent to help you!
