I agree that cherry wood would look great in both rooms :) In the rose pink room, the paint would bring out the red in the wood, and it would look really pretty. I had this color combination for awhile, and the effect was kind of victorian/romantic.

For the seafoam room, the colors would be a little more contrasting, which should look really great as well. Cherry is my favorite, but if you find it too dark, I think white or maple would look very nice as well. I’ll include some links to furniture from a site I just purchased from that I think will work well for you. Everything I got was great quality, and totally free shipping! Hope these help :)

I think this 5 drawer chest would be great for the green room http://www.thefurnituredomain.com/sb4584.html

This daybed would be perfect for either room if you decided to use white furniture http://www.thefurnituredomain.com/1394dblu.html

    for those colors,
    you should probably
    go to ikea!(:
and probably the wood color would be
cherry wood w/ a gold color..

I would definitely recommend wood with either a teak or wenge finish. Here’s an example. http://www.furniturextra.com/assets/images/ALPHA5.jpg

I would definitely recommend trying http://www.furniturextra.com/ They have lots of furniture with different types of wood. Best thing is they recently opened and it’s easy to save even more money, all I did was call them and a gentlemen helped me choose the best furniture for my house and they even work with you to give you the best deal. By far, my best decision
