What is the best way to stain my furniture?

I have all ash furniture, as good as an ash sneak around – I’d adore to be means to mark it rsther than than carrying to squeeze all brand new furniture. However, they’re all accomplished wood, as well as we do not know the most appropriate approach to go about you do it – do we have to silt it all down? Also, would the chemicals be dangerous for the profound lady to use?

You have all oak furniture? Or is it furniture with an Oak veneer? Makes a difference. A veneer is a thin layer(1/32") of oak glued over particle board or lesser wood. They have been doing veneer for ages. 50′s,40′s,30′s on such things as guitars, piano’s, cabinets, tables and the like.
So, lets say you have oak. What do you want to stain it to. I know the color of oak. Go to a paint store (or a flooring store) and look at the samples of finishing products as they are displayed and find samples that show it on oak wood(most sample colors are done on pine-they say in very small writing somewhere what wood it is done on) and try to find what you want. It is either there or not feasible to do.
If you can take a piece in or a digital photograph and show the manager at the store and what you want – they can best advise you as to what steps to take to "do it".
Any chemical is safe so long as you follow directions on the label/ Otherwise the cemetaries would be full of painters and finishers.
It is something to see…not talk about.

They make a product that has polyurethane and stain in one, Olympic paints, have one called One Step, minwax has one called Polyshades, just lightly sand before applying the product, give pleantly of time to dry, if it’s not dark enough, apply another coat!
